1v1: Perish Song

The 1v1 metagame is testing Perish Song, as it's a move that's deemed by many to be uncompetitive and extremely centralizing. To qualify for voting rights, you'll have to achieve an Elo rating of 1550 in a fresh new alt. Perish Song will only be banned if it receives a 60% pro-ban majority.
