VGC 2016

VGC 2016 rules have been released, including its own format! VGC 2016 implements a rule similar to that of VGC 2010 where it allows all legendary Pokemon to be usable (with the exception of Mythical Pokemon), most notably Mega Rayquaza, Xerneas and Primal Groudon/Kyogre.
