UU: Crawdaunt, RU: Tyrantrum and PU: Throh

UU is currently re-testing Crawdaunt. Crawdaunt is a very potent offensive Pokemon, but the metagame has changed since it was last tested. The suspect test will have an B value of 20 and a COIL requirement of 2650. It will last 2 weeks.

In RU, Tyrantrum will be staying in the tier after its suspect test with a final vote of Ban 47 to Do Not Ban 48. The despot keeps its throne for another day!

Lastly in PU, Throh remains banned after its recent re-test after failing to reach a 60% majority vote to unban. The leaders thank everyone who participated in the suspect test!
